Put AI to work across your business

Oida helps teams choose the right AI path for their organization and implements it across the data, systems, and workflows that run the business.

Some companies should buy a platform. Some need custom capabilities.

The first major decision any company faces is whether to buy an AI platform or build one. We help you determine the right path before you spend.

If you should buy

We supply Glean and implement it

As a Glean Reseller and Services Partner we can provide the platform and stand it up — one team that handles both the software and the work to make it useful.

If you should build

We design and build custom AI with Claude

Claude-certified. We create agents, skills, workflows, and internal tools using Projects, Cowork, Skills, Claude Code, and the API — so you get the capabilities you need without standing up an entire platform yourself.

Two paths. One standard.

Whichever path fits, the goal is the same: business performance you can measure. Pick the one that matches where you are, and one rigorous method runs underneath both.

Built on Claude

Build

If you've invested in Claude Teams or Claude Enterprise and prefer a model-first approach over context-first, we help get things built out in the best way for your organization.

  • Custom built agents, skills, and workflows.
  • Fully optimized Projects and Routines.
  • Custom build with Claude Code and the Anthropic API.

For many organizations, time-to-value needs to be rapid and having an AI platform that's grounded in company context is critical. This is where Glean comes into play.

  • Fully governed, permission-aware context layer that indexes your company's knowledge and serves a living map to the models of your choice.
  • Low-code / no-code agents that everyone can use.
  • Up and running within weeks so that your company can reap the benefits immediately.
The Glean Work AI Platform in layers: assistant and business agents on top, then Glean Agents with its agent builder, orchestration, observability and model hub, then Glean Enterprise Context holding an enterprise graph of data, people, processes and content beside personal graphs, then Glean Search, then Glean Protect covering sensitive content, AI security, agent guardrails and regulatory compliance, over a base of enterprise data reached through connectors, actions and an indexing API.

The AI Impact Engine

Whichever track you're on, the same method runs underneath: the Impact Engine. It's our ROI-focused way of turning fragmented data and one-off experiments into a living system that moves a number you can measure. We align on what matters, map the drivers, build targeted solutions, prove the impact, and operate it continuously.

operate continuously align map build prove operate 01 02 03 04 05
  1. 01

    Align

Each engagement starts with working sessions to understand your top-tier metrics, the key drivers underneath them, and the workflows that influence them.

  2. 02

    Map

Before building anything, we map where decisions actually get made, the systems involved, and identify the biggest opportunities for AI impact.

  3. 03

    Build

We design intelligent agents and reimagine workflows around the decisions and drivers we mapped, each one explicitly tied to the metrics that matter most.

  4. 04

    Prove

The Impact Engine becomes your live map of impact, showing which workflows are active, which drivers they're moving, and exactly how those ladder up to revenue, margin, efficiency, and risk reduction.

  5. 05

    Operate

We run the system continuously: ongoing optimization, new use cases, additional agents, training, and support. The engine doesn't just ship; it runs and evolves with your business.

Operate loops back into align. The engine keeps surfacing the next number worth moving.

What we've built.

Systems running in production, each one pointed at a number a client already tracked. Every entry names the work, what it changed, and what it's still doing.

  • A question asked in a Glean search bar resolves into a Power BI report — summary tiles above a bar-and-trend chart and a pie breakdown — and a dashed connector traces from that report down to the email, document, and chat sources behind the numbers.

    Power BI DAX Query Action

Let anyone ask your Power BI data a question in natural language, get a live answer, and dig in further. Gain access to the "why" behind the numbers with context pulled from across email, documents, chat, and other unstructured data sources.

  • A plain-language question asked in Glean passes to a SQL Server database, returns as an analysis card with a rising trend line, and ends in a checklist signed off behind a lock.

    SQL Server Query Action

Your data lives in SQL Server. Your decisions wait in an analytics queue. The Glean SQL Server Query Action lets a business user ask in plain language, get the analysis from live data in minutes, and when it's time to change something, do it with a signature and an audit trail.

  • A database, a spreadsheet, a chat thread, and a page of free-text notes feed along dashed lines into a single processing step, which emits an assembled report: computed figures down the right margin, a pulled quote backing the one judged field, and a reviewer's approval control at the foot.

    Automated Reporting Plugin

Claude plugin that assembles a detailed report from disconnected systems and free-text notes, computing the numbers in code and judging the fuzzy fields with a quote to back each one. No manual joins, no keyword hacks, and built for human review. Fits any team whose weekly reports are 90% copy-paste held up by the 10% that needs a free-text interpretation.

Why teams pick us.

We name the number first

Every engagement commits to a metric before work starts and reports it after, including when the result is unflattering. That's the deal, in writing.

measured, not promised

We redesign the work, not just bolt on AI

We come from process intelligence. Tools dropped onto a broken process inherit the breakage. We fix the workflow first, then deploy.

Priced against the number, not the clock

No hourly billing anywhere. If the model doesn't clear our fee with room to spare, we tell you.

Platform-agnostic by design

We bring the right tool for the problem, whether that's our Impact Engine, Glean, Claude, or something simpler. We don't pitch one vendor at every problem.

Everything is yours

The map, the model, the system, the scorecard: built on your accounts, documented for your team, with no dependency on us.

We stay until it holds

Launch isn't the finish line; the metric holding is. Post-launch support lasts as long as it's useful, and not a day longer.

Not sure where AI would actually pay off? Start with five questions.

The assessment is free and it ends in a written verdict with the maths shown — including when the verdict is that the number cannot be moved. The first five questions take about a minute, and they scope the conversation before anyone books anything.

Start the assessment About a minute. No commitment.
The opening five
  • 1Buy an AI platform, or build with what you already own?
  • 2Manual work eating the week, or numbers you cannot explain?
  • 3Where would you want to start?
  • 4What do you already have in place?
  • 5What number would you most like to move?

You have questions, we have answers.

Start with the problem, not the tool. Workflow Automation fits when repetitive manual work is eating a team's week and you want it taken off them. Decision Intelligence fits when you have the data but not the why behind the numbers. Many teams start with one and add the other. The Impact Engine runs underneath either, so the method is the same whichever you pick.

Most pilots prove the tech works and stop there. The hours come back, then refill with more low-value work, and the business number never moves. We start from the number, redesign the workflow around it rather than bolting AI onto a broken process, and report the result after, including when it's unflattering. If a number can't be moved, we'd rather tell you before the build than after.

It helps if you do, and most teams already pay for Claude and mostly chat with it. We're a Glean partner, so we can provide and implement Glean directly; for Claude we work with the license you already own rather than reselling it. Either way we lead with the outcome, not the sale, so if a simpler tool moves your number, we'll tell you.

We model the number before anything is built, so you know in the first weeks, not after a quarter, whether the ROI clears. From there the build is scoped to that metric and shipped in focused increments, so the first measurable result lands early rather than at the end of a long engagement.

The workflow map and the ROI model come first as a fixed fee, and you can take both and walk away. Build and support are priced against the modeled value of the metric, agreed in writing before we start. No hourly billing anywhere. And if the model doesn't clear our fee with room to spare, we tell you to keep your money.

The system runs on your accounts and your infrastructure, so your data stays yours. Everything we build is documented for your team with no dependency on us. We support it past launch for as long as that's useful, and the map, the model, the system, and the scorecard are yours for good. If we did the job right, you don't need us until the next number.
